The Knights are off to a fantastic start. The Football team is 3-0 and the band’s performance from Friday was the strongest of the entire season. Well done to all Knights!
Notes for Parents and Students
Rehearsals this week will be on Monday and Tuesday from 3:30-6:30. Wednesday is a TASB rehearsal at Clear Lake and Thursday is our football game.
For the few students performing for the TASB performance, Mr. Moreno will continue to pull out those students this week for run throughs.
A special thank you to ALL of our parent volunteers from these past weeks. We cannot function without your help. Thank you also to the EXTRA hands that helped at halftime. More hands are always better! We will need extra help for props, Friendswood Marching Contest, our Monday rehearsal on September 23rd, and we are in need of 12-18 helpers for the Gulf Coast Contest on October 12th.
Our first contest is Friendswood Marching Festival. The full itinerary can be seen below. The contest is NOT this weekend, but next weekend.
This FOR SURE, will be the last week of wearing the band shirt for the game. We will do full uniform for sure next week.
Monday, September 23rd, is our stadium rehearsal at Challenger. We board the buses at 5:00 pm. We will not feed the students for this event. They may leave after school and come back to meet us to ride the bus. Rehearsal times are 5:30-8:00 pm.

Monday 9 /16-Band Rehearsal 3:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday 9/17-Band Rehearsal 3:30-6:30 pm
Wednesday 9/18: No Band Rehearsal (TASB 10-3 at Clear Lake HS). Students will be excused from school for this so please return the signed permission slip that was provided via email. Students will be bused to Clear Lake and back to Clear Falls. Student are still allowed to drive on their own, but must submit a completed Alternate Travel Form.
Thursday 9/19: Clear Falls vs. Bellaire (Kickoff at 6 pm)
Guard Corner:
Guard rehearsals will be from 4:30-7:30 on Monday/Tuesday
