Knight Tales:

• What a PHENOMENAL day at Friendswood! The band did a fantastic job overall and finished 7th in prelims and moved up to 6th place in Finals! This is the highest we have ever placed at this contest and we are confident that we are growing the program on the right track.
• A GIGANTIC thank you to all of our parent volunteers from the football game and marching contest this past weekend! This show would not have been successful without your help!

Notes for Parents and Students

• Region Tests will start tomorrow. We will start with Brass in the band classes. Tubas, Euphoniums, Trombones, French horns, please make sure you bring your home instruments ready for region tests. We will only test over the first cut of the region music for chair order.
• The next payment installment for the Band Fees are Due on Tuesday, October 1st. Please refer to your charms account for more details.
• Game this week is versus Clear Brook at Challenger. This will be our intermediate night! 8th grade students from Seabrook, Bayside, and League City will be in the stands. Students are to continue to model correct behavior, make our future students feel welcome, and have a great time. We will be learning Land of 1000 Dances, Crunch Time, and Rock It. Dinner this week is BBQ.
• Our next contest is the Galena Park Marching Contest on Saturday, October 5. Volunteers are needed for this weekend’s contest as well. Please contact Mrs. Reiser for more information about volunteering.
